This quaint Highland Park development was wonderfully carved out of the hillside, and is majestically elevated with spectacular vistas. The courtyard setting is not only pretty, but forms a sense of community and security and it's conveniently situated immediately off the main road which runs through Killin. To preserve the spirit of the site's architectural heritage, re-cut stone form the historic former building forms stone cladding on many of the houses, and also the hand-laid retaining walls which frame the north and west sides of the development. With the house being in a semi rural, natural environment, you will find neighbouring wildlife aplenty. From the windows, red squirrels are viewed frequently, and the Red and Roe Deer who live close by, visit daily (behind fencing) looking for a tasty carrot or two. The house has stress free allocated resident parking and also non allocated parking for visitors.
Bedrooms and Bathroom facilities (including showers) are on the first floor, accessible by stairs. On the ground floor there is a WC, lounge area, and open plan kitchen.
